By creating an account or using hostelguru.space you agree to these terms, set by Superior Hospitality Limited.

Accounts

• Give true and current details, including your own face photo and student ID.
• Accounts are only active once approved by management, who may refuse or remove an account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Signing in and out

• Every exit and return must be recorded at the gate through the QR code or a security officer.
• Never sign in or out for someone else or share gate codes. Doing so may lead to disciplinary action.
• Curfew, return deadlines and leave rules are set by management and may change.

Guardian alerts

By adding a guardian you confirm they agreed to receive safety alerts about you.

Community and complaints

Be respectful. No harassment, hate, explicit content, or false reports. Management may hide content and restrict accounts.

Room enquiries

A room request is an enquiry only. It does not reserve a room or confirm a price until management confirms it with you directly.
